  • 24-hour notice required
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee

Terms and Conditions

Your payment is automatically deducted from your credit or debit card using Square for your convenience.

Aim for consistent treatments without session carryovers.

Subject to change and availability.

Memberships are billed monthly and are free to cancel after 12 months.

Strictly enforced; non-emergency late cancellations result in session forfeiture.

Once you start a membership, your credit card will be charged the monthly fee on the same day every month. Once you have fulfilled your 6 or 12-month commitment, you membership will continue to renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.

There is a minimum 12-month commitment for all memberships. You can change your membership level for the following month by letting us know by the 15th of the prior month. If you wish to cancel your membership before the 12-month commitment, you will be responsible for the remainder of your membership fees.

When you make a conscious commitment to take better care of yourself every month, it trickles into other areas of your life. You may find yourself eating better, moving your body more, or finally signing up for that class you’ve always wanted to take.
